"The room was dirty and the shower & sink were not cleaned before I used them. - I wish I had taken pictures. Air conditioning was very noisy so couldn’t sleep with it on . The room was cold in the morning and the heating did not work. The gym is tiny and needs upgrading and expanding. I ordered a beer at the bar and was told they didn’t have a keg available. The breakfast is very crowded and only 2 coffee machine which are painfully slow and constantly need to be fixed by the staff. Please go back to making pots of coffee for your guests. "

"Climate control kept shutting down AC system several times each night. Room was stuffy and needed the unit operating to sleep comfortably. Mentioned this to the manager, who said it was probably a faulty sensor on the unit, and it would be fixed. Otherwise, nice place. Friendly people. Good food in the restaurant. Good bar service. Parking? There is a on-the-property parking garage which is very small. If you are a tourist coming from another country and driving anything but a subcompact, you will find the garage a challenge if you can find a space at all. Otherwise, you'll be parking somewhere in the area around the hotel."
